Meet Zoë
Zoe's approach is grounded in neurodiverse-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices that prioritize emotional safety, meaningful relationships, and individualized support. She believes every person has unique strengths and deserves to feel understood, valued, and empowered to be their authentic self.
Zoe's goal is to provide compassionate, relationship-centred support that helps individuals and families feel connected, supported, and empowered in their daily lives and communities. She values collaboration with families, caregivers, and other support systems to create consistent, meaningful support that reflects each individual's strengths, needs, and goals.
In her free time, Zoe loves spending time outdoors, playing different sports with her friends, playing board games, and exploring different crafty hobbies as she winds down from the day.
